Who can experience this event?

Seven Deadly Sins contains mature content including nudity, adult language, simulated sex, simulated sexual violence, simulated sex work and death. You're going to experience things that may be upsetting for some and uncomfortable for others. Topics and themes may be controversial. All attendees must be 13 or older. Guests may be asked for proof of age.

When does the performance begin?

You will begin the journey to see all seven plays promptly at your ticket time 8pm, 9pm or 10pm. The second and third start times begin while the previous group is finishing. Please arrive early and be ready to begin at your ticket time.

Where is Seven Deadly Sins located?

Check-in and the first performance will be located at 94 Gansevoort Street, New York, NY 10014, across from the Whitney Museum. You will be seated for each play, but please note that this production involves walking three city blocks through the course of the evening.

Is the show outside or inside?

The seating for the theatrical performance is outdoors.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, in an effort to maintain additional safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be checking attendees into their show via name and mobile tickets only.

What if I am late?

The show will start promptly at the time on your ticket. Because of the nature of the promenade experience, we have to keep a tight schedule. Late seating will be accommodated at the discretion of the house staff. No refunds will be issued.

What if it is raining during my performance?

The weather plays an active role in our theatrical event. Purchasing a ticket for the event means signing up for an adventure, and Seven Deadly Sins will perform rain or shine. As your experience takes place outside, we encourage you to prepare accordingly and to watch the weather as your event date nears. Note that for everyone's ability to see the performance, umbrellas are not permitted while you are seated for each play. For rainy nights we recommend raincoats and ponchos!

What happens if my performance is cancelled due to inclement weather?

Cancellation decisions are made in consultation with weather professionals based on the specific forecast  at the time of the performance. Cancellations due to weather will be communicated on our website and socials. Only in instances of dangerous, inclement weather (such as dangerous lighting, hurricane, tropical storm or tornado warnings) will a performance be cancelled. If a performance is cancelled due to weather, exchanges to another performance will be offered at no additional cost. Please note that rescheduled tickets will be subject to specific makeup dates to be determined by the Seven Deadly Sins team.

Do I need to bring headphones?

No. You will be given sanitized headphones upon arrival. Visitors may bring their own corded headphones provided it has a standard 3.5mm (⅛) headphone jack. Sorry our system is not Bluetooth or lighting jack compatible.  

Are there bathrooms on site?

There are no public restrooms. Please plan accordingly. This play is performed without an intermission.

Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are non-refundable, however transfers and exchanges will be made for reasonable requests pending available seats.

Do you offer rush/lottery tickets?

Is the event accessible?

Seven Deadly Sins takes place on city streets closed to traffic and sidewalks, and is accessible to all with mobility issues or different physical abilities. The event requires that you move from venue to venue through the evening and travel a distance of three city blocks.

Safety Protocols

What kind of safety protocols will be implemented for Seven Deadly Sins?

The Seven Deadly Sins team is taking every precaution to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure and keep our audience and our team safe. There are two certified COVID-19 Compliance Officers (C19CO) on our team who are responsible for ensuring safety protocols are in place at all times:

  • Following the most up-to-date guidelines and regulations from the Governor's office and the CDC, the wearing of masks for this outdoor audience experience is optional. The SINS cast, crew, and front of house staff is fully vaccinated.
  • All ticket buyers and members of the Sins team will be required to follow the most up-to-date CDC, New York State, and New York City guidelines for COVID-19 safety. 
  • Headphones provided will be individually sanitized. Visitors may bring their own corded headphones provided it has a standard 3.5mm (⅛) headphone jack. Sorry our system is not Bluetooth or lighting jack compatible.
  • All front of house staff will complete COVID compliance training.
  • Tickets will be sold to a limited number of attendees per showing – as mandated by  local and state regulations – with multiple showing times spaced throughout the evening.
  • All tickets will be sold in advance online. A simplified ticket exchange process is  also being implemented online for the convenience of all patrons.
  • The venue will open 30 minutes prior to each showing, queuing will be avoided.
  • Contact Tracing is in effect through the information provided in your ticket transaction. 
  • If you or someone you have been in contact with within 14 days before your show time becomes ill with COVID or COVID-like symptoms after you attend a performance, we ask that you email boxoffice@tectonictheaterproject.org so that we can notify staff and other attendees of that performance. 

Audience

The show is a comedy recommended for all ages. Regardless of age, each person must have a ticket.

Safety Protocols

Greenwich House Theater is committed to providing healthy and safe facilities for audiences, performers, and staff. In line with state and Broadway League guidelines, protocols will include proof of vaccination confirmation upon arrival, masks required for all audience members while not actively eating or drinking, cleaning and ventilation/filtration enhancements, and negative test verification for those medically unable to vaccinated, and more. These are subject to change. Ticket holders who do not comply with venue policies cannot be admitted. Ticket Exchanges
